Delivery Information

Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a courier and require a signature upon delivery for tracking purposes. We only deliver to residential or business addresses - PO Boxes are not accepted.  

Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it.  If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, they will leave a Card to Call at the delivery address.  This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.

·       Auckland delivery 1-2 business days after dispatch

·       Outside Auckland delivery 1-3 business days after dispatch

·       Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas

·       Transit times do not include Public Holidays

Deliveries are only made on business days

Order Cancellation
If your order has been dispatched, we will refund the order cost upon return of the goods, but not the freight charge.  If you cancel before your order is dispatched, you will receive a full refund. 

International Shipping
We only ship to addresses within New Zealand.  Currently, there is no international shipping available.

Multiple Delivery Addresses Per Order
We will only ship to a single address per order.

Collecting the order
Orders made online cannot be picked up. They will be sent directly to the address you enter when you check out online - see Delivery Method.

Damaged Product 
If your product arrives damaged, please retain the packaging as this will be required for any claim against the Courier company. Please contact us via our contact page and we will organize the return of the product for inspection.  A replacement order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Out of stock Items
If an item is out of stock you will be notified and refunded.
